How Can Concrete Be Recycled?

The Process

It all starts with our affiliate company, Concrete Recyclers™ by taking in clean concrete and asphalt from any local demolition project, piling, and sorting through it to assure pre-process purity. They then process it through their two-stage crusher and screening system to create usable building materials that we then distribute back to the market for new construction companies to purchase and use for their next building projects.

STAGE 1

Steel is serperated from massive pieces of concrete using large magnets before being crushed with jaws and large impactors using advanced industrial equipment.

STAGE 2

The concrete is screened to remove any smaller debris or contaminated particles after it has been broken down. Additional magnets are used to remove any additional metal debris.

STAGE 3

The newly crushed material is closely inspected and sorted into aggregate piles based on product type and is now ready for purchase for construction or residential use.
